Confessions of A Sex Addict in Mpls m4w Ok, so first off, "sexual addiction" is used to describe the behavior of a person who has an unusually intense sex drive or an obsession with sex. Sex and the thought of sex tend to dominate the sex addicts thinking. Yes I realize most women think that is all men but in fact in most cases that is not true. In the most basic terms, I get "high" off of the euphoric feeling that a person gets after having sex or masturbating rather than from or alcohol and like an alcoholic the more I get the more I want. As I have much higher sex drive than most I tend lose interest if the sex life begins to grow stale. Most relationships are based on a sexual closeness and a combination of the emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. Unfortunately, mine are dominated by the sexual aspect. When that goes out of a relationship everything else starts to break down and finally so does the relationship.
